IRES Fund Management Limited (“IRES Fund”, “we”, “our” or “us”) (Company Registration No. 539306) of South Dock House, Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland D02 XW94, is the investment manager of Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (“IRES REIT”) and provides services to IRES REIT’s subsidiary IRES Residential Properties Limited (“IRES Residential Properties”, we”, “our” or “us”).
