These Terms shall supersede all prior agreements, understanding, negotiations and discussions, either oral or written between the parties. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. You hereby submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Irish Courts, for all matters, claims, disputes or issues arising out of or relating to your use of this Site and/or these Terms and Privacy Statement. Nothing in these Terms will prevent IRES Fund Management from bringing proceedings in the Courts of any other county or territory with jurisdiction.
